The Nicholas Montessori Preschool Program as the name indicates is a sort of orientation program for young children where they are familiarized with classroom education. We arrange mixed batches where younger children attend the classrooms with slightly older children. We develop and train skills of children up to the age of 3 years. The older and more capable and socially advanced children work as the perfect guide to their younger counterparts familiarizing them with the nuances of community living. Little ones feel a kinship with their experienced counterparts and learn various skills as Patience, Empathy, and Leadership.
With mixed Preschool programs, children learn to appreciate another’s view point and become more social. Friendships spring up not only based on the aged criterion, but also through shared interests. Our preschool programs use various materials to help the child develop motor skills and movement control in a defined and prepared setting. Self-correcting study materials impart rudimentary education in Mathematics, Reading, and Writing. Besides this, we also introduce other subjects as Science, Music, Art, Geography, History, and even a foreign language.
Teaching is based on the principles of Montessori education where we use the child’s inherent ability to grasp knowledge and concepts to promote learning. Know more by calling us at (732) 748-9330!
